A dystopian society where sacrifice has been over-glorified through history, media, movies, books and so on so forth. Ideally, sacrifice is giving up something that belongs to me for n honest cause. There was a time when I also used to think in terms of that. But the day I realized the futility of my life, I also realized that nothing practically belongs to me, not even my body. Apparently, this understanding has changed my perspective towards life and words like sacrifice. We come to this Earth to earn, accumulate, donate and distribute. As earning is an inevitable part of human life, so is leaving those possession for greater good is also a responsibility. This cycle aligns with the frequency of the universe. Everything in the universe is corresponding. As above so below- dark and light, white and black, sorrow and happiness- everything in this universe is corresponding and faster we realize that principle of correspondence- we can practically evaluate what we actually need to finish our individual journeys.
As far as my sacrifice is concerned- I have already pledged my body, I’m childless by choice so that I can pursue the deeper meaning of life and can help other people who are struggling with the nitty gritty of life.. Lastly, I’m in a practice of sacrificing my EGO. To me that is the biggest sacrifice we all can and should do. Sacrifice of our ego not only changes our own lives but also it transforms you into a beacon of hope and aspiration for others as well. Love you’ll.
